Does delivery and return cost anything?*
Our standard delivery is FREE as long as you reach the minimum order value of €24.90. Otherwise the standard delivery fee is €4.90.
100 days right to return
How does the 100-day right of return work?
You can return items to us free of charge within 100 days, even if you bought them on sale. It is important that they are unworn. Please be careful not to remove attached labels.
If your purchase was below the minimum order value of €24.90 and you paid a delivery fee, this will be refunded if you return the entire order.
Please choose a delivery address where you will be present when the delivery is made, as the order can only be handed over personally.
You can choose between the following shipping methods:
• Standard delivery free of charge: 2-6 working days (Mon-Fri) after receipt of the order; in rare cases delivery may take longer / free of charge
• Express delivery: 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) after receipt of the order / €4.99
When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) are incurred as part of your order, which are not paid through us or invoiced by us, but by you directly to the responsible customs office. or tax authorities are payable. Please contact these authorities for details.

Please be assured that our shipping partner is complying with all currently required measures to protect your health.
Please note the following additional information:
• All products are sent to you already gift wrapped.
• When ordering fragrances, the specified delivery time for the selected shipping method is extended by another working day.
• For orders with more than two products, of which at least one is a piece of clothing, the specified delivery time for the selected shipping method is also extended by one additional working day.
• The delivery time for products made to customer specification can be up to eight weeks.
• For orders of fine jewelry & watches, the shipping method "express delivery" cannot be used in some cases.
In order to provide you with the best possible customer service, please provide your full and correct shipping address. It is possible to change the delivery address afterwards, but this also extends the specified delivery time for the selected shipping method by another working day.
The city that also corresponds to the postal code must be entered in the "City" field.
Under "address supplement" you can add further information about your address.
